GP - Pharmacist Collaboration Meeting - 30th March 2017

The LPC is pleased to announce that a meeting is being arranged to bring Community Pharmacists and GP's to together in South Tyneside. The meeting will bring together Pharmacists and GP's together to learn about each others sector as well discuss how we can work colabratively. It will be an opportunity to meet your local GP's and share good practice as well as develop future working ideas.

This event is funded by South Tyneside CCG who are keen to foster good working realtionships between the two professions. We would urge each pharmacy to send a pharmacicst or a reperesantive to this meeting. Please let your us know if there are any specific issues you wish to be raised.

The meeting will be held at the Quality Hotel, Boldon on the 30th March 2017 start at 6.30pm and refreshments will be available from 6pm. An Agenda will follow shortly and will include discussions on Think Pharmacy First, Updates from LPC and LMC as well as discussions with GP's for ideas of future work.
