Quality Payments Briefing Event & Dementia Training - 7th February 2017

Gateshead & South Tyneside LPC have arranged an to support you with the  forthcoming implementation of quality payments and how to maximise your points.  This scheme is part of the imposed new pharmacy contract.

This event is open to key staff involved in the QP (Quality Payments) scheme at the pharmacy and will compose of a presentation from the NPA on the new imposed pharmacy contract and the Quality Payments scheme.  Following a small break we will also have a dementia friends training session.  This is one of the Quality Payment indicators where 80% of your patient facing staff need training.

This event is a primarily for those key staff who need to understand more about the quality payment scheme and its implementation in your pharmacy.   We anticipate that this event will be over subscribed so would restrict it to just one or two people from each pharmacy.  It will be held at the Quality Hotel Boldon on the 7th February 2017 at 7pm with a hot buffet from 6.30pm.


We are also holding 2 more dementia friends events which will be open to all staff.  These will be held on the 
28th Feb 2017  and 29th March 2017.   Both will start at 7pm with a hot buffet from 6.30pm
