Gateshead update - some testing is starting

Hi all, This is interesting as it shows they are starting to test GPs in N-G with symptoms...with other heath professionals in a few days.

TESTING!
We are now in a position to test front line GPs who are practicing in Newcastle and Gateshead and are currently symptomatic and in self –isolation.
 
GPs MUST be symptomatic (day 3 of symptoms) with either:
-          Temperature above 37.8 OR
-          New , continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual).
