Independent Contractor Representative

Due to recent changes, Gateshead & South Tyneside LPC now has a vacancy on its committee for an
​Independent Contractor or their representative.

As per the current constitution (Clause 15.6 - see below) the LPC is looking to appoint
​ for this  vacancy. through the Expression of Interest Form below.

LPC Constituition Clause 15.6
Expressions of interest will be considered if they are received by the Chief Officer within 7 days of despatch of the notice. The Committee shall appoint the person who, in its opinion, is the most suitable, without holding an election.

Independent Pharmacy contractors or their representatives are invited to express an
interest in being appointed to the committee using the form below.

This information will be only be shared with members of the LPC committee for the purpose of
assessing eligibility and then subsequently to help members with evaluation and selection.. 
The evaluation process may include an interview.
