If you are already trained in giving injections and are interested in providing the Pharmacy Flu Service please register your interest below.
NHS South of Tyne & Wear PCT Areas Once the service specification, SLA and PGD are finalised we will notify you. You will then be able to download the neccessary paper work needed. You will need to return a signed SLA to the PCT and as long as you meet the SLA criteria you can begin vaccinating.
NHS North of Tyne PCT Areas. If you are in North of Tyne your expressions of interest will be passed on to your LPC who will be in touch with you should the service be commissioned.
If you are registering your interest for multiple Pharmacies please register each individual location separately.
