Local Contractor Questionnaire
As you will be aware, this year's funding settlement included an understanding that contract reform would form a strand of future settlements. Before those discussions progress, the LPC would like to hear your views on what contractual changes should look like.
There is no preferred answer and no fixed position behind these questions. This is a genuinely open exercise — every view is welcome, whether supportive, sceptical, or somewhere in between, and there are no wrong answers.
Your responses will go directly to the LPC and the regional rep for CPE so the more candid you are, the more useful they are.
The questionnaire takes about 10-15 minutes, or a little longer if you'd like to add fuller comments. It's a detailed questionnaire because the topic matters — but any contribution is welcome, so please fill in as much as you can.
