PSNE Flu Service 2025/26

Council / ICB  Flu services
​As in recent years, PSNE Ltd has developed an occupational flu vaccination programme for 2026/27 for eligible staff of organisations that have chosen to commission the service through PSNE.

The service is open to all pharmacies across North East and North Cumbria.  Eligible staff from one area can visit a pharmacy near to their home in a different area and still obtain their employee funded flu vaccination.   

Currently the organisations that will be able to use the service are as follows are as follows.

• Darlington Council
• Gateshead Council 
• Hartlepool Council
• North East and North Cumbria NHS ICB
  
  Please Note - Disappointingly, South Tyneside Council is not offering their staff the opportunity this year due to budgetary constraints.
  
  

PSNE will manage and operate the service through a contract variation. A new PharmOutcomes module, titled PSNE Flu Service - 2026/27 - Contract Variation, will allow you to download the contract variation and sign up.

If you work for a multiple, PSNE Ltd will contact your regional or head office to manage the sign-up process on your behalf. Please check with your line manager or head office to confirm whether your pharmacy has enrolled to provide the service.

Once PSNE has received the completed contract variation, it will make the relevant PharmOutcomes consultation modules available. These modules will allow you to record vaccinations and identify the evidence required by each organisation.

PSNE will also add your pharmacy to its website so employees can find participating locations.
