Community Pharmacy Network in Crisis - Urgent Action Needed!

The financial situation for community pharmacies is dire. Funding is at a breaking point, threatening the very existence of our service.
We hear you. Your LPC is made up of fellow pharmacy owners who understand the pain you're experiencing.
National Negotiations are stalled due to the forthcoming election, but this can be an opportunity. We can use this time to influence a new government united as one.
We're Fighting for You:

• Your LPC (together with all the other LPCs in the region) has been relentlessly lobbying on your behalf: MPs, NHS officials, Health & Wellbeing Boards, and even potential new MPs.
• We've demanded meetings with key decision-makers and written to national authorities.
• We explored industrial action, but legal restrictions make it difficult.

Now What?
We need a powerful regional response aligned with national campaigns. Here's how you can join the fight:

• Support the NPA Campaign including their Day of Action on the 20th June 2024:
  The NPA have resources such as petitions, letters and social media  etc to help make a real impact. Click Here
  
  
• Spread Awareness with Election Candidates:
  Use our flyer to remind patients to lobby politicians.   This can be printed out and used alongside the NPA material.  The idea is you use it to give patients 3 simple messages that they can give to any election candidate who knocks at the door.

• Engage with Your LPC: We can support your pharmacy visits and provide media resources. share your campaign successes with us!

• Data is Power: Help CPE negotiations by providing them with the data they need. There's an audit in place now and the deadline to complete it is 16th June – participate!
